Admissions Process Steps

IMPORTANT: Enrollment dates for 2025-2026 school year

Campion Core ($250/deposit due at time of enrollment)
January 13 - Returning families may submit enrollment
February 3 - New family enrollment opens

Campion Hall Supplemental (Registration fee due at time of enrollment)
April 28th, 2025 - Returning families may register
May 12th, 2025 - New family registration opens

APPLICATION

In this step, you'll create your "Class Reach" account (to access our enrollment and school management software) and begin the application process.

APPROVAL

Once you've initiated the application process (Step 1), we can then approve you for enrollment into a particular program.

Campion Supplemental: If applying for the Supplemental program, approval is automatic and typically happens within 24 hours.

Campion Core Interview Process: If applying to the Campion Core program, you will receive an email to schedule your family interview. The goal of the interview is for both the school and family to better acquaint themselves and for an informal placement assessment of each child.  

ENROLLMENT

After you are approved for enrollment (Step 2), you will receive a welcome email from the system with your login information. Once logged in, you will see an option to enroll in particular classes/programs. Additionally, your child’s birth certificate is required at this time. This will be the only formal document requested of your child.

NOTE: Fee/tuition structures are currently slightly different between Campion Core and Supplemental programs.

Campion Supplemental Cost: Tuition per class, materials fee +a registration fee.

• Some classes offer multi-child tuition discounts.
• Registration fee due upon enrollment—$230 for 1 child, $385 for 2 children, $465 for 3 or more.

Campion Core Cost: Simply the tuition amount

• $250 / student downpayment due upon registration and enrollment (counts toward tuition amount).
